Discount Codes or Vouchers
There can be only one code or voucher per order or per shopping cart purchase.
Codes or vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Codes or vouchers can only be used on the product price and do not apply to postage costs unless explicitly stated.
Without the permission of Beachtown Blooms, it is not permitted to sell, trade or purchase vouchers or codes in any way. This also applies to purchasing vouchers or codes from third parties.
Beachtown Blooms reserves the right to discontinue a voucher or code at any time, or to modify any voucher or code’s terms and conditions.
Beachtown Blooms reserves the right to reject and cancel an order, refunding any payments made in relation to the order, for any reason. These may include, but are not limited to, suspected abuse of discount codes.
Competitions
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter (Beachtown Blooms) reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winner will be notified by email and/or announcement on a social media site within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Prizes can only be mailed to UK addresses
Delivery
We currently only deliver Letterbox Flowers within the United Kingdom.
We send orders out via Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery service, for £3.50.
Please note the delivery details below, based on the day you place your order:
Orders placed Monday - Wednesday by 3pm, ship next day.
Orders placed Thursday - Sunday, ship Monday for next day delivery.
Bouquets/Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery between Chichester and Brighton. We aim to do deliveries within 2 working days, but please get in touch if you would like to discuss a specific delivery date.
Refunds
We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products.
If an item is damaged, please contact us at beachtownblooms@gmail.com as we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Wedding Deposits
We ask for a 30% non refundable deposit to secure your wedding date, it is not secure until money has been received.
This deposit is non refundable. The balance is due 6 weeks before your big day.
Subscription Flowers
You can view and manage subscriptions from your Customer Account. After logging in, click My account, and then Subscriptions.
All subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. Click a subscription to view its details, including:

If the subscription has a limited number of renewals, the panel also displays the number of payments left in the subscription.
